I'm Paul Beique (rhymes with cake), owner of Dovetail Editing. I have been a professional editor for more than 30 years, working mostly in print journalism, with experience in marketing, advertising, and academic and book editing. I have taught writing and editing at the college level for more than 15 years. I have worked with many students, journalists, professional writers, non-native English speakers, and master's and Ph.D. candidates. 

I studied and taught journalism at St. Michael’s College in Vermont and at the University of Colorado Boulder. I am a member of the Society of Professional Journalists and Kappa Alpha Tau, the journalism honor society.

For fun, I enjoy hiking, biking and film photography.
